The Role: Deliver high standards of nursing care in line with NMC guidelines Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans Administer medication and treatments safely and effectively Lead and support care staff on shift Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records Communicate effectively with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team Requirements: Registered Nurse.
