Our client is seeking a commercially minded Senior Planner / Associate who is:
• RTPI qualified
• Experienced in preparing planning applications and appeals
• Confident undertaking site appraisals and planning strategy work
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Interested in developing client relationships and supporting business development
• Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
