My well-established logistics and supply chain client is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator / Office Support Assistant to join its busy operations team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining efficient back-office processes while also delivering excellent service to internal departments and external customers.
Youll be working primarily in an office environment, with regular use of phone, email, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), while occasionally supporting operational activity in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate back-office systems including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software
Sort and distribute incoming communications efficiently, primarily via email
Manage incoming customer calls and service inquiries professionally and helpfully
Accurately process and input customer orders using ERP systems
Liaise with warehouse and transport teams to support smooth operational coordination
Perform reception duties when required
Handle customer complaints and complete non-conformance reports where necessary
Provide timely, empathetic responses to customer issues, offering effective solutions
Follow company procedures, communication protocols, and compliance standards
Proactively support team goals and contribute to a positive working environment

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
1+ years experience in a similar office or coordination role
Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP
Experience with Warehouse or Transport Management Systems
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
Monday-Friday
8am-5pm
