Vacancy Name: RECEPTIONIST – PART TIME

Employment Type: Permanent

Basis: Office Location

Office Location: Bristol

Plimsoll is looking for a RECEPTIONIST to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate would like a long-term role as part of our dynamic Operations team.

We are seeking a welcoming and professional individual who will be a key representative of Plimsoll and our brand.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday / 08:30am - 1:30pm (25 hours per week)

Salary: £24,570 (pro-rata)

Contract: Permanent

Based: Bristol office

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
* Sign in guests and direct to appropriate staff
* Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
* Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
* Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Manage the allocation of the car parking spaces
* Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
* Arrange couriers and taxis
* Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
* General admin assistance to the Operations team

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Receptionist, front of house or similar
* Professional attitude and appearance
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
* Excellent organisational skills
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
* Strong Customer service skills
