Alecto Recruitment is proud to partner with a global leader in the Waste-to-Energy sector. Together, we are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in M&E and Building Services to oversee the civil works across major projects.

* £500 p/d (outside IR35)
* 12-month contract (Starting ASAP)
Responsibilities
* Oversee contract administration and procurement activities across M&E and building services packages
* Track project expenditure and provide robust cost reporting, forecasting, and financial management
* Lead negotiations with contractors and suppliers to secure optimal commercial outcomes and value for money
* Assist in the preparation of final accounts and the resolution of contractual disputes and claims
* Leverage BIM and 3D modelling tools to improve precision and productivity in quantity take-off exercises
Qualifications
1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, or a closely related field
2. 5-10 years' hands-on experience in M&E and building services quantity surveying
