Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Administrator to work for a lovely company in the Hayward Heath, West Sussex area. The Administrator will have experience of using Salesforce and good data management skills. This is a great varied support job opportunity to start ASAP.
Location: Office based - Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri
Administrator duties:
Provide admin support to the team
Monitor and update the Salesforce database
Data entry admin and ensuring it is accurate data
Support the finance team when required with someinvoicing, purchase orders etc
Assist with compliance / audits - ensuring documentation is collated
Any other ad hoc admin support duties requiredSkills and experience:
Experience working in a similar admin support, data entry type role
Good IT skills including Excel and also Salesforce CRM experience
Data entry / data management skills and attention to detail
