M&E Quantity Surveyor
looking for your next step up? This is an exciting opportunity to take on a
senior role
where youll lead on major mechanical and electrical projects, shape commercial strategy, and mentor the next generation of surveyors.
What Youll Do
Take ownership of cost management from feasibility through to final accounts.
Prepare accurate budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
Lead on tendering, contracts, and supplier negotiations.
Guide and support junior surveyors, helping them grow.
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Keep projects on track with compliance, safety, and financial targets.
What Were Looking For
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services Engineering, or similar (MRICS preferred).
Strong experience in
mechanical & electrical projects .
Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets, and teams.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence (regular site visits required).
