Lithium3 are seeking two Business Systems Analysts for an initial 6 month contract.
Remote roles.
Outside IR35.
This role will support the optimization of business processes and technology platforms with a focus on Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 11 environments.
The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, driving system improvements and supporting the adoption of modern workplace technologies.
Role:-
* Collaborate with business units to gather, analyse, and document requirements for systems and workflows.
* Support and enhance the use of Microsoft Office 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Exchange Online.
* Analyse current use of Windows 11 and Office 365 tools across the organisation and identify areas for improvement and automation.
* Design and deliver training or documentation on Office 365 features and Windows 11 functionality to end users.
* Perform root cause analysis for system and process issues, proposing viable solutions.
* Partner with IT to support deployment, updates, and performance monitoring of Windows 11 devices.
* Assist in data migration, governance, and compliance activities related to Microsoft platforms.
* Participate in testing and validation of new systems and system changes.
* Monitor Office 365 admin portal and endpoint configurations for policy compliance and efficiency.
* Support change management and project delivery efforts.
