Education/Experience:
· 3+ years experience in software implementation, client onboarding, or training within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.

The Role
We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to lead the successful onboarding of clients through effective software configuration and user training.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work directly with law firm teams to deliver training, configure systems, and ensure our solutions are tailored to client needs. You'll also collaborate closely with our Support team where required, ensuring a smooth handover and continuity of service for clients. By balancing configuration with training delivery, you'll enable clients to achieve maximum value from our products.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
Execute client onboarding and implementation activities under the direction of Professional Services project managers.
System Configuration
Configure and tailor the LegalRM platform to client requirements, working closely with database-focused staff where needed.
User Training
Deliver hands-on training sessions, workshops, and user enablement programs, ensuring smooth adoption by client teams.
Client Engagement
Act as a primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, answering questions and guiding them through configuration and rollout.
Internal Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Support during onboarding and handover to ensure continuity of service.
Documentation & Resources
Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and knowledge resources.
Support
Provide direct support during client go-lives, ensuring a smooth transition to operational use.
Partner Success
Assist the Head of Professional Services in training and supporting partners to ensure successful delivery.
Evaluation & Feedback
Identify opportunities to improve implementation delivery and contribute feedback to Professional Services leadership.
Required Skills
1. Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable delivering training sessions and workshops to clients and partners.
2. Ability to understand client requirements and configure software accordingly.
3. Able to contribute effectively across multiple implementation projects, working under the direction of Professional Services project managers.
4. Comfortable collaborating with technical staff, project managers, and partners to ensure smooth implementations.
5. Comfortable working remotely with clients, with flexibility for occasional regional travel.
6. Experience creating training content or knowledge resources.
Desirable Skills
1. Experience in legal IT, law firm operations, or other compliance-driven industries is helpful but not required.
2. Familiarity with information governance, compliance, or document management systems is a plus.
