We’re on the lookout for a Project Manager to join our Central Operations team at Grosvenor Casinos. In this pivotal role, you’ll be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional customer service and driving impactful change across our venues. Your work will directly influence the experience of our venue teams, ensuring every project delivers real value on the ground.
This is a field-based role involving travel to various venues approximately two days a week, a weekly visit to our head office in Maidenhead, and the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll lead and coordinate a diverse portfolio of business change projects across key service areas, including HR, Food & Beverage, and Operations. No two projects will be the same, offering variety in scope, complexity, and strategic importance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while upholding governance and quality standards
* Using project management tools to track progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
* Driving collaboration across teams, resolving issues, and ensuring alignment to project goals
* Embedding a culture of continuous improvement by capturing feedback and lessons learned
* Providing clear visibility to senior management through regular updates and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a strong instinct for shifting focus toward business-critical tasks as needed.
* Confident in identifying and constructively challenging organisational processes, particularly those that are unnecessarily complex or inefficient.
* Solid practical experience with project planning tools and Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Excel highly desirable.
* A committed champion of collaboration, inclusion, and cross-functional partnership, resilient, empowering, and driven by a clear sense of purpose.
* Applies a methodical and structured approach to work, consistently identifying and advancing priority tasks across projects and responsibilities.
* Skilled in engaging with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across internal and external networks, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
* Partners with business leaders to shape and implement effective change management strategies when introducing new systems or capabilities that impact processes.
* Proven success operating at a senior level within complex, multi-site environments, leading and influencing across diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
