Our client, a well-established electronics manufacturing and solutions provider, are looking for an Internal Sales Executive in Basingstoke to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an office-based role with some hybrid flexibility (1 day from home), supporting customer engagement and internal sales operations within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities of the Internal Sales Executive job in Basingstoke: Process customer sales orders accurately and within agreed timescales. Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities. Prepare and follow up on customer quotations using CRM systems. Raise invoices and support order fulfilment processes. Maintain CRM systems and internal filing systems. Support external Account Managers and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Generate and qualify new leads using databases, web research, and LinkedIn. Assist with general office duties including telephony and administrative support.
