An established and respected property consultancy in Norfolk is seeking amercial Property Management Administrator to join its team in Norwich.
Your new role
You will provide key administrative support to themercial Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling enquiries from clients, tenants and contractors,
2. Arranging inspections and maintenance works
3. Updating property and lease records
4. Assisting with service charge administration
5. Ensuringpliance and Health & Safety documentation is kept up to date.
This is a full‑time, office‑based position.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have previous administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) and a confident telephone manner. You’ll be organised, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail, and befortable managing a varied workload to deadlines. Experience in the property sector or using Re-leased CRM software would be beneficial.
