Owner-Drivers to join our growing logistics network. This is a self-employed role offering a competitive day rate, consistent work, and exceptional earning potential. Because you provide your own vehicle and insurance, your take-home pay is maximised.
Whether you're an experienced multi-drop driver or looking to fully utilise the earning potential of having your own van, we provide the support needed to succeed.
Pay & Earning Potential
- £180.00 day rateKeep 100% of your earnings
- Pay structure: Issued two weeks in arrears, then paid weekly thereafter.
- Simple self-employed payment process managed through Shield Accountancy (unless you operate via your own Ltd company).
- Additional earning opportunities available throughout the week to boost your income.
Your Typical Day
- Start times: Between 07:00 and 09:00.
- Route: Delivering across the Glasgow postcode area.
- Volume: Average 6080 parcel deliveries per day once fully trained.
- Reduced delivery volumes during your initial training/routing period.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday working, with occasional Saturdays.
