Location: Stourport
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
* Friday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Paint Line Loader to join our team in Stourport. This is a great opportunity to work in a busy, supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Loading and Unloading: Hang and place parts on the paint line or racks, ensuring correct positioning for optimal paint coverage.
* Part Preparation: Clean, mask, and prepare parts for the painting process.
* Quality Control: Inspect parts before and after painting for rust, dents, scratches, or other defects.
* Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor paint line machinery, including conveyor systems.
* Maintenance: Assist with basic maintenance tasks, such as replacing spray tips, hangers, and racks.
* Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred but not essential
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
