The Role
* Team Management
o Manage, coach and develop your team, offering operations support and career development whilst creating a tailored team culture.
o Set and monitor targets and track your teams performance through data and reporting in line with client needs
o Motivate and encourage your team to delivery the best service.
* Delivery
o Own the end to end recruitment process for mid - senior level hires.
o Your focus will be recruiting great people across Technical disciplines
o Own the success of your team's core delivery.
o Partner with senior stakeholders across various departments within Talentful and your client to forecast, provide insights and deliver detailed reports.
* Initiatives
o Provide a consultative approach to improve the sufficiency of the internal business model.
o Identify and optimise ways to work smarter and define processes in order to make an impact for your client and Talentful.
We’d love to chat with you if you have:
* Experience leading from the front, proven experience recruiting across multiple business functions in a volume-driven environment, and managing a team with their own ambitious hiring goals.
* Experience as a proven leader with strong team management capabilities, able to drive team delivery and success across multiple geographies.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, building lasting relationships in short time frames.
* An ability to recognize and capitalize on expansion opportunities
* A data-centric approach to recruitment strategy.
* Previous experience in an in-house, RPO, or embedded model.
