Product Owner (Salesforce) – Hull (UK relocation)
My industry‑leading client is looking for a Product Owner to join their Salesforce journey.
Role Overview
As the voice of the customer and business, you will shape the team’s workload to ensure the right value is delivered at the right time. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, translating complex needs into actionable deliverables while focusing on outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Act as conduit between stakeholders and development team: gather requirements, understand problems, and suggest system improvements.
* Lead the ongoing refinement of the product across the large customer‑service function.
* Translate stakeholder goals into deliverables for the dev team, working closely with IT.
* Navigate shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and evolving business needs with confidence and control.
* Maintain urgency, accountability, and inspire and motivate others.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge of Salesforce from an analytical perspective; familiarity with its abilities and capabilities.
* Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner (proven experience not required).
* Excellent stakeholder communication and confidence in pushing back when needed.
* Comfortable in a collaborative environment with peak involvement on site 5 days a week.
