Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Type: Full‑Time, Permanent
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits, Overtime and Streamlined Pathway to Supervisor / Management
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Multi‑Skilled Building Services Engineer to join a high‑profile site in the prestigious West End of London, covering both residential and commercial premises. This is a client‑facing role where professionalism, technical expertise, and excellent communication are key.
You’ll be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the highest standards of service in a premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Work across HVAC, lighting, power, plumbing, and general building services.
* Engage directly with clients and residents, providing a responsive and courteous service.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
* Recognised qualification in either mechanical or electrical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
* Experience working in prestigious or high‑end environments, ideally with both residential and commercial exposure.
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
