What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps, or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset to plan your route around the store, including what you need to select and the time allocated for each shop.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers behind the scenes.
* Serving customers with enthusiasm, supporting their questions, and proactively offering help.
* Building knowledge about products, services, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.

* You must be above the school-leaving age in your country (School leaving age - GOV.UK).
