We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEND Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school setting within Surrey. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced SEND specialist or a teacher looking to further develop their expertise in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The successful candidate will work with pupils who have a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning needs. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, personalised teaching that promotes academic progress, independence, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned with EHCP outcomes
* Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
* Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
* Implement targeted interventions and behaviour support strategies
* Build strong partnerships with parents and carers

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with pupils with SEND
* Strong understanding of EHCP processes and inclusive classroom strategies
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
