As an Account Manager, you are the face of Hilti and the very foundation of our direct sales model. This role involves having meaningful interactions with customers and taking a consultative approach to support them in improving productivity, safety, and sustainability.

In this position, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will demonstrate our innovative products and software, develop relationships with focus customers, and manage your sales area strategically using our CRM system, Salesforce.

1. Visiting sites and customers to understand their needs and offering tailored solutions.
2. Demonstrating products and software on-site.
3. Building relationships with existing customers and uncovering new business opportunities.
4. Managing your sales area operationally, organizationally, and strategically, utilizing Salesforce.
