hospitality and has a significant experience in a training capacity. A champion of people, passion and progress,
to help nurture, shape and elevate our exceptional teams.
Working hand-in-hand with our People Team, you’ll bring our
development strategy to life. Designing and delivering training that fuels
growth, sparks internal progression, and inspires every individual across our
multi-brand company. Fresh thinking, creativity and genuine joy are essential
ingredients in everything you do.
With an exciting year ahead and new venues opening across
London, your impact will be pivotal. You’ll craft and deliver the training
journeys that set our teams up for success, empowering them with the
confidence, knowledge and spirit to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Through hands-on coaching and in-venue support, you’ll help
drive standards and keep our service exceptional.

Supporting the venue to run efficiently by leading from the
front and driving outstanding hospitality
Ensuring the training you deliver always promotes a positive
guest experience
Motivating our teams by providing excellent coaching and
training
Measuring your impact through Incipio systems
Delivering fresh ideas to continually elevate our in house
training
Positively promoting our robust Career Pathway
Being adaptable in training needs and venue challenges
Positively reactive in operational situations
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive
sales, standards and elevating our people
Who You’ll Be:
A supervisor or above, with 2+
years in elevated Hospitality
You have outstanding hospitality and service skills, with a
natural ability to make every guest feel special.
You’re both a team player and a self-starter, equally
comfortable collaborating and taking initiative.
You can win hearts and minds quickly, building instant
rapport with venue teams.
You’re confident in giving open, honest feedback that
inspires growth and drives improvement.
You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to
support operations and communication.
