Overview
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join the fantastic team at a small animal veterinary hospital in City of Liverpool area, Merseyside.
Responsibilities
* Full time hours over 4 days a week including a weekend rota and very occasional out-of-hours cover for holiday or sickness.
* Practice is a tier 3 hospital and training practice and is fully equipped with Digital X-ray, Ultrasound, various scopes & dental radiography, CO2 laser, laparoscopic equipment, CT, MRI, etc.
* Role requires good small animal experience and confidence in working some periods of sole charge.
* Join a brilliant team of vets with certificate holders in medicine, surgery, and diagnostic imaging.
* CPD allowance and certificates are actively encouraged and funded.
* Paid RCVS, BVA and VDS memberships.
* Located in Liverpool area and near to Manchester with excellent airport links, with stunning countryside nearby.
Qualifications
* Degree in Veterinary Medicine or equivalent
* Registered with the RCVS
* Good small animal experience
* Confidence with sole charge
