They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join them as soon as possible.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you\'ll play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You\'ll work closely with teachers, provide 1:1 support, deliver small-group interventions, and help create a classroom environment where every child feels confident, encouraged, and able to thrive.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is caring, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about making a difference in young people\'s lives.
Responsibilities
* Support students in class to engage fully with their learning.
* Deliver targeted support through 1:1 and small-group work.
* Help students build confidence, resilience, and essential skills.
* Assist teachers with classroom organisation and preparation.
* Provide tailored support to students with additional needs.
Qualifications
* Experience working with young people in a school or similar setting.
* A patient, approachable, and supportive manner.
* A genuine interest in education and student development.
* Confidence in supporting students who may need extra guidance.
* A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
