Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer/Crowd Controller to ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, managing crowd control, and preventing loss or damage. Duties
* Conduct regular surveillance using CCTV systems to monitor activity across the site.
* Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorised access and ensure public safety.
* Manage crowd control during events or busy periods, ensuring smooth flow of people.
* Assist in loss prevention by observing suspicious behaviour and reporting incidents promptly.
* Respond swiftly to emergencies, providing first aid when necessary until professional help arrives.
* Enforce site policies and procedures, including access control and visitor registration.
* Complete detailed incident reports accurately and promptly as required.
* Liaise with local authorities or emergency services in case of incidents or security breaches.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in surveillance, Personal Protection or Corporate Security, is advantageous. Also strong custonmer service.
* Knowledge of CCTV operation and monitoring techniques.
* Valid first aid. FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND OWN TRANSPORT ESSENTIAL
* Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally.
* Physical fitness to patrol the premises effectively and respond swiftly when needed.
* A Valid Sia Licence is required either SG/ DS/CP

Pay: £15.00-£16.00 per hour
