Role Summary
Territory Sales Manager
Location: South West UK
As the Territory Sales Manager for the General Surgery division, you will drive growth across the South West region by promoting a market‑leading product portfolio, supporting clinicians in theatre, and building long‑term partnerships with hospitals across the territory.
This is a hands‑on commercial and clinical role requiring strong sales acumen, proactive territory management, and a passion for improving patient care through high‑quality surgical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth across the General Surgery portfolio through strategic account development and new customer acquisition.
* Build and execute a territory business plan with clear objectives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Deliver in‑theatre support, clinical education, and product demonstrations.
* Organise customer meetings, training sessions, and product trials.
* Represent the company at congresses, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Manage all opportunities, pipeline activity, and reporting through the CRM system.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure an excellent customer experience.
* Stay up to date with evolving products, techniques, and market trends.

* Degree level education or equivalent.
* Full, valid UK driving licence.
