£50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits. A major UK financial services organisation is transforming its Payments business and is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive complex digital and software-led change within its Financial Crime capabilities. Location: Northampton – Hybrid (2 days in the office).
Responsibilities
* Proven experience delivering technology or digital change in Financial Services
* Strong background in software implementation and transformation, ideally within Financial Crime
* Experience working in large, complex, regulated environments
* Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable operating at senior levels
* Strong delivery mindset with a focus on risk, controls and outcomes
Requirements
