An established housebuilder, with continued growth plans, is keen to recruit a dynamic Senior Land Manager with a proven track record of acquiring immediate land. The company produce an excellent product, in desirable locations, and have significant funding available, ensuring quick approval. This opportunity would suit either a Land Manager looking for the next step in their career, or a Senior Land Manager wishing to join a growing company.
You will be responsible for:
* Identification and initial assessment of land for residential development across the Northamptonshire, Cambridge, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire areas
* Negotiating contracts to achieve the most favourable terms and conditions
* Responsible for projects from initial site identification, appraisal and approval, acquisition and achieving implementable planning permission
* Be highly visible within the land and professional community, consistently developing your network

You will have a proven track record of acquiring small to medium sites and have an established network of contacts within the region.
