The Person
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Commercial Leader to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their commercial career who wants to develop into a senior commercial role. You’ll support the delivery of projects from tender stage through to completion, ensuring commercial control, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Support tendering, estimating, and contract administration.
* Assist in preparing valuations, forecasts, and financial reports.
* Work with project managers to monitor costs, budgets, and project profitability.
* Help manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and supply chain relationships.
* Attend client meetings and contribute to account management.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Commercial Management (preferred).
* 1–3 years’ experience in a commercial/QS/contracts role within construction or refurbishment.
* Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills.
* Confident working with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
