Job Description Night Shift CNC Miller Salary: £22- £23 per hour (including shift allowance ) Location: Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire Syntech Recruitment are currently working with an precision engineering company based in Newport Pagnell that specialises in manufacturing high-precision CNC milled and turned components from solid and cast materials in a wide range of metals and plastics. Supplying various industries, including Motorsport, Automotive, Defence, and Industrial, the company has built a strong foundation, particularly within F1. Over the past 12 years, continued growth and investment have ensured it remains at the forefront of engineering developments. D ue to ongoing expansion, there is a vacancy for an experienced Night shift CNC Miller Experience and Competencies: Experience as a Setter/Operator across a range of 3 and 5-axis CNC machine centres, ideally within a fast-paced precision engineering and prototype environment. Strong working knowledge of Heidenhain, Hurco, or Mazatrol controls. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and perform in-process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measurement equipment. Experience in machining a variety of metals and plastics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to operators and engineers. Ability to work efficiently to deadlines. Willingness to operate multiple machines when required.
