We are looking for
a motivated and dynamic individual to work across our Speech & Language Therapy and Nutrition & Dietetic teams at the Bristol Royal Infirmary. You will be part of our front door services, working closely with patients and staff in the Emergency Department and Assessment Units. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of care by contributing to a wide variety of clinical, non-clinical and educational tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on the nutrition, communication and well-being of patients and carers.

10. Maintain close and meaningful communication with key staff at all levels
11. Facilitate the transfer of care to community teams & patient’s home
