Purchasing Manager

What Youll Do
Manage and optimise purchasing budgets with a focus on quality, cost, and efficiency.
Source and negotiate with international suppliers, particularly within Asian food markets.
Oversee packaging procurement and strengthen supplier partnerships.
Monitor global market trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and savings.
Ensure supply chain operations run smoothly, aligning with wider business goals.
What Were Looking For
Proven background in food purchasing, buying, or supply chain management.
Knowledge of
Asian/Japanese food sourcing
would be a strong advantage.
Experience in packaging procurement is highly desirable.
Sharp negotiation skills and a talent for building lasting supplier relationships.
Commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities.
