About the role
You will partner with new customers to guide them through their first weeks on Overjoy — from initial setup through reaching their early activation milestones. You will own a portfolio of accounts during onboarding, work closely with Sales on customer handoff and with Engineering on product feedback, and help develop the playbooks, materials, and processes that support our growing onboarding program.
Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding calls and guide new customers through initial activation and
* Drive customers to key activation milestones and unblock anyone who stalls
* Own a portfolio of onboarding accounts in the CRM
* Communicate product friction and feature requests to engineering with the context they need to act
* Hit activation and time-to-value targets
Qualifications
* 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or customer success at a SaaS company — or 2+ years in wholesale operations at a CPG brand
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Technical fluency to debug basic integration issues (DNS, API keys, CSVs, deliverability)
* Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
* Experience in CPG or with Overjoy is a plus
