We have an exciting opportunity to join our established team in Cardiff. We are looking for a dedicated Female Senior Support Worker. If you are looking to progress your career, this could be the perfect opportunity to unlock your potential.
Our Senior Support Workers work in partnership with the people we support, enabling them to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community.
Responsibilities
* Be a role model to all staff and demonstrate best practice.

* Have the ability to work flexibly covering day shifts, weekends and occasional nights.
* Ability to deputise for the Service Manager where required.
Role Overview
You will support the Service Manager to ensure the smooth running of our service. The service you will be based at in Cardiff currently supports one person who enjoys social activities such as concerts and events. You will focus on supporting independence and helping people pursue their interests and be active members of their local community.
You will supervise a team of Support Workers, providing encouragement and guidance to achieve the best quality support and practice. This role will allow you to gain new skills and build on your experience for future progression and development.
Ideally you will have already obtained your Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification and will have previous experience in a supporting role.
