We're recruiting a QA Coordinator / officer to support the Quality Manager within an established manufacturing business in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone working in quality administration, QA support, document control, or compliance who is ready to take the next step.
This role focuses on quality systems, documentation, and compliance — ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with data and processes.
What You'll Be Doing
Maintaining and updating the electronic Quality Management System (QMS)
Supporting CAPA processes and deviation investigations
Collating and analysing quality data and KPIs
Assisting with internal and external audit preparation
Managing document control, records, and compliance logs
Supporting supplier appraisal and risk assessment processes
Providing general quality administration support across departments
You'll gain exposure to ISO 9001 systems, audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
* Experience in a Quality, Compliance, or Administrative role within manufacturing or a regulated environment
* Exposure to ISO 9001 or structured quality systems
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident user of Microsoft Excel and computer-based systems
