Sales Advisor Team Leader - Brighton

This is a permanent part‑time position offering 20 hours per week. The role is based in the H&M Brighton store.
Key Responsibilities
 * Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities while staying commercially aware of H&M and the retail environment.
 * Deliver a great customer experience that contributes to the store’s sales and profit goals.
 * Support the store management team to build a strong team by leading by example and ensuring colleagues deliver excellent garment care and store operations.
 * Follow health and safety routines to promote the safety and well‑being of all colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
 * Experience in a retail, hospitality or customer‑facing role.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop teams.
 * Previous leadership experience is meriting.
 * A customer‑first mindset.
Additional Information
Availability: 5 days fully flexible, weekend included. This position does not offer sponsorship for a skilled worker route.
