The Role As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced IMS Audit Manager to lead and coordinate integrated management system audits across the project. By Managing and mentoring a team of IMS Auditors, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, technical excellence, and proactive risk mitigation. You will ensure our Integrated Management System (IMS) – covering Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Security, and Information Management – is effectively implemented, compliant with ISO standards and Nuclear Site Licence Conditions and is continuously improved. The Skills Proven experience managing or coordinating audits within a large, complex infrastructure or engineering environment. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Lead Auditor or Lead Assessor certification in at least one relevant ISO standard. Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
