The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver civil engineering and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will be responsible for programme management, cost control, health and safety compliance, and building strong client relationships, while leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to meet programme, cost, and quality targets.
* Prepare and manage project programmes, risk registers, and cost forecasts.
* Lead regular project meetings and coordinate site activities.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
* Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the supply chain.
* Mentor and motivate teams to achieve project and business objectives.
Requirements
Desirable:
* Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
* Demonstrable experience delivering multi-discipline civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, CDM regulations, and project cost control.
* Proficient in project planning software (Primavera P6 or equivalent).
* Chartered Engineer (CEng) or MICE membership.
* Experience in water, tunnelling, or MEICA projects.
