Our Facilities
* Six consult rooms

* Dedicated dental suite including dental X-ray

* Multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring
* Full in-house laboratory (bloods, urinalysis and cytology)
* Visiting specialists in orthopaedics and soft tissue surgery
Leadership Profile
* Enthusiastic Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon ready for a senior leadership role
* Enjoys leading and developing a team
* Wants to play a key role in the strategic direction of the practice
* Values strong client relationships and excellent clinical care
* Ready to take on management responsibilities alongside clinical work
You will oversee clinical standards, support colleagues, and help guide the practice's future while maintaining hands‑on involvement in day‑to‑day veterinary work.
Working Pattern
* 1:5 OOH rota, with
o A day off after a weeknight on‑call
o A long weekend following a weekend on‑call
* Average of 29 hours per week on day shifts after TOIL
* Nurses onsite 24/7 for emergency support, triage and inpatient care
* Well‑managed diary structure
o 15‑minute standard appointments
o Longer appointments for complex cases
o Dedicated catch‑up time daily
o Protected emergency slots
* Work‑life balance is genuinely prioritised
