Conduct routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
Diagnose faults accurately and complete required repairs efficiently
Perform comprehensive vehicle health checks and identify upselling opportunities as a Vehicle Technician
Communicate effectively with workshop control regarding job progress
Ensure a first-time fix rate to maximise customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Conduct MOT testing, if qualified
Keep up to date with manufacturer guidelines and technical updatesRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
Proven experience within a busy workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
