Facilities Coordinator(Maidenhead)
Temporary Contract
£13.00 – £14.00 per hour(depending on experience)
Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Contract Until December

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis at their Maidenhead site.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in facilities or office coordination who is looking for stable, full-time work through to the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site facilities services
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Log and track maintenance issues and service requests
* Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
* Assist in managing building access, security, and office supplies
* General administrative support for the facilities team
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a facilities or office coordination role
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using computer systems and managing admin tasks
* Proactive and solutions-focused approach
* Full UK driving licence and own transport required
