We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Operations professional to join an expanding Construction company who look after a very niche market with offices in Maidstone and the Midlands.
The successful candidate will be committed to providing excellent service for both new and current customers and be able to demonstrate excellent decision making and communication skills when delivering projects to a national client base.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role within the Construction industry and demonstrate a ‘can do’ approach and the ability to build rapport with customers and problem solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The job will be a mixture of office-based meetings at Maidstone, Kent, remote working, and travel in the South and Midlands. With an initial training period in Maidstone.
Key Duties:
The key responsibilities are to maintain a scheduling planner, and accurately book and manage all services required for the successful operation of each installation within budget and agreed timeframe, meeting customer expectations.
