Salary - £35,672 per annum, rising incrementally to £38,592 plus car allowance

About the Role
As a Repairs and Maintenance Supervisor you will manage the trade operatives and be responsible for the operational delivery and commercial viability of the services in the department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Be directly responsible for all aspects of developing and supervising the Repairs and Maintenance Operatives.
2. Manage the workforce, planning functions, and all associated processes and procedures.
3. Liaise with the administration department to ensure the smooth operation of the service.
4. Set and monitor operational targets and ensure achievement of performance indicators.
5. Assist in managing the service within pre-agreed cost and time parameters.
