Job Description
Project and Procurement Administrator:
3. Maintain and verify records on system.
4. Link sales orders, purchase orders, and supporting documents to relevant projects.
5. Track project data entry deadlines and follow up with Project Managers.
6. Assist PMs with system tasks (milestones, status notes, documentation).
7. Provide general admin support including reporting and document management.
8. Manage purchase demand entries, ensuring accuracy.
9. Monitor approval flows and flag outstanding demands to managers.
10. Liaise with finance and procurement teams to confirm PO status.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Project and Procurement Administrator should have:
11. Previous experience in procurement or project administration within a professional setting.
12. Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
13. Proficiency in office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
14. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and processes.
15. Excellent communication skills to interact with suppliers and internal teams.
