We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused German-Speaking Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting customers, working closely with sales teams, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our German-speaking customers receive excellent service and that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
* Supporting German-speaking customers by phone and email
* Handling enquiries related to products, orders, and deliveries
* Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Preparing customer quotations and supporting the sales team
* Following up on customer enquiries and offers
* Assisting with day-to-day sales administration
* Processing customer orders in the internal system
* Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams
* Maintaining accurate customer and order data
* Supporting the sales and customer service team with administrative tasks
* Ensuring accurate documentation and communication records
🎯 Requirements
* Fluent German and good English
* Experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused, reliable, and proactive working style
* Good knowledge of MS Office
