* Fosters and works to maintain an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the company and across all teams and work functions.
* Identifies and recommends new services.

* Helps to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how to meet them.
* Researches and identifies new markets.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of Business Development should have:
* A proven track record in sales new business sales within Software in the Retail Sector.
* Exceptional strategic thinking and business planning abilities.
* Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
* Excellent knowledge of the Technology & Telecoms market, including trends and competitors.
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
