Salary: £38,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm

We’re looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our dedicated team, ensure CQC compliance, and deliver person-centred care that makes a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily operations of care services
Leading and mentoring a team of care professionals
Ensuring full compliance with care regulations
Creating and managing tailored care plans
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Maintaining accurate records and driving service quality
What You’ll Bring:
Registered Care Manager qualification
Proven leadership experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of CQC and care standards
