Senior Oracle EPM FCCS Consultant

A leading consultancy is delivering a large scale Finance Transformation programme within Financial Services, centred on Oracle ERP and EPM. We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS specialist to take ownership of complex FCCS delivery workstreams within a structured, multi-phase transformation environment.
This is not a support role. You will be expected to operate autonomously, advise senior finance stakeholders, and drive technical configuration end to end.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver full lifecycle FCCS implementations, minimum two end to end programmes
• Translate finance consolidation and reporting requirements into robust techno-functional solutions
• Configure FCCS applications including metadata, dimensions, hierarchies and application settings
• Design and manage consolidation logic, ownership structures, multi currency translation, intercompany processing and eliminations
• Implement and administer Task Manager, Approval Units, Groups and Smart View integrations
• Develop and deploy custom business rules and FCCS calculation scripts
• Manage historical data migration, validation and reconciliation within FCCS
• Build and maintain integrations using Data Management, FDMEE
• Drive automation using EPM Automate
• Develop Groovy rules within EPM where required
Candidate Profile
• 7 to 10 years of hands on experience in Oracle EPM with a strong focus on FCCS
• Minimum two recent FCCS implementation programmes within Financial Services or similarly regulated environments
• Strong understanding of consolidation, close and financial reporting processes
• Confident communicator, capable of engaging finance and IT stakeholders without hiding behind jargon
• Comfortable operating in a consultancy environment where delivery pace is high and expectations are clear
