The Role

This is a pure outbound role. Your job is to create opportunities through consistent, targeted outreach, mainly calls.


Responsibilities

* Make high-volume outbound calls every day
* Target IT leaders, directors, and decision-makers
* Start conversations around IT challenges, cloud, and Microsoft 365
* Qualify prospects and book meetings for the Business Development Manager
* Build and manage your own prospect lists within HubSpot
* Follow structured outreach plans and improve them over time
* Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs focused on activity and meetings booked


Qualifications

* Have at least 2 years’ experience in cold calling or outbound sales
* Ideally have 1 year experience in IT, managed services, or a related space
* Are confident on the phone and comfortable with cold calling
* Can handle rejection and stay consistent
* Prefer action over waiting for inbound leads
* Speak clearly and can hold a proper business conversation
* Are disciplined with activity and targets
* Want to build a career in B2B tech or IT sales

Schedule

* Full‑time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, 1 hour lunch break. Option to take a 30 minute break Monday to Friday and finish at 3 pm on Friday.
* Part‑time: Minimum 3 days per week (Monday to Friday), core business hours 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Salary pro‑rated based on hours worked.


Location

Hybrid remote – Bournemouth BH2 5QY.
