Do you have a passion for training and developing others? If so, this rewarding role could be just what you are looking for! We have an exciting opportunity for a GPHC registered Pharmacy Technician to join our Pharmacy Education and Training Team.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate, implement, develop and deliver training programmes for pharmacy trainees, including Level 2 apprenticeship, Pre‑registration Trainee Pharmacy Technicians (PTPTs), Trainee Pharmacists (TPs) and Foundation Pharmacists (FPs).
* Work closely with senior members of the Pharmacy E&T team and the wider pharmacy team to develop and support learners and supervisors, ensuring an effective, inclusive and innovative learning environment and culture.
* Support the smooth running of training programmes for pharmacy support staff and assist with the coordination of cross‑sector, undergraduate and work‑experience placements.
* Act as an Educational Supervisor, Practice Supervisor and/or Expert Witness as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
* GPHC registered Pharmacy Technician.
* Experience training others in a pharmacy setting, preferably within a UK hospital.
* Excellent organisational and people‑skills, with a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
* Ability to travel to all premises where BHRUT provides pharmaceutical services.
