This requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise your workload and great problem solving skills. * PC/Mac builds and configurations
* Windows 10, 11 troubleshooting
* Microsoft Office - must be a competent user to be able to provide end user support.
* Windows Server from 2012 onwards with general administration of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group policy etc.
* Microsoft 365 - basic administration, security, creating and removing user accounts.
